Water, Sewer, and Trash

To open your water, sewer and trash account, please go to City Hall at 211 W Aspen.  Fill out a short service application which you will find in the wall box between the Cashier’s windows or on-line under 'Utility Billing Services'. (the link below) 

The charge to open normal Residential service is $50.62 which includes a $24 Service Charge plus tax and a $25 Refundable Deposit. For same day service, you must submit the application before noon. Afternoon set-ups will receive service on the next business day. For owners that live out of town, please call 779-7637 and press '0' to speak with a Customer Service Rep.

Gas - Unisource Energy Services

Connect, transfer or disconnect your gas services online. When possible, try to place your order at least five business days before the date you would like the service request completed.

New Service

Use this form if you are a first-time customer to UES or would like to start new service at a new location and keep your existing UES service on.

 Transfer Services

 Use this form if you are moving from one location to another, both of which are within UES' service territory.

Information You Should Know:

When turning on or transferring service, a $25 plus tax residential service activation fee will appear on your first bill.

APS may ask you to pay a deposit before turning on service.

It's best to provide at least three working days notice (Monday-Friday) for starting or stopping any services.

After completing your service request, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, including your APS account number or deposit account number. You may be asked to verify your request and provide additional credit information.
